The Pikes Peak region real estate market continues to be an extremely strong market, especially for sellers. While listings continue to increase from last few months, year-over-year stats show a continued decrease in active listings but increases in new
listings and listings sold. The average home has appreciated over 15.5% in 2021, but that is projected to slow later this year, however signs continue to cast doubt on that projection. Limited inventory, low interest rates, and an average of 12 days on
the market make this a very competitive market.
