The Colorado Springs area real estate market continues to be an exceptionally hot market, especially for sellers. While listings increased from last month, year-over-year stats show a continued decrease in new and active listings, but increases
in listings sold. The average home has appreciated over 17% in 2020, but that is projected to slow some this year, however early signs cast doubt on that projection. Limited inventory, low interest rates, and an average of 13 days on
the market make this a very competitive market.
