The Pikes Peak region real estate market continues to be an extremely strong market, especially for sellers. While listings continue to increase from last few months, year-over-year stats show a continued decrease in active listings but increases in new
listings and listings sold. The average home has appreciated over 14.5% in 2021, but that is projected to slow later this year, however signs continue to cast doubt on that projection. Limited inventory, low interest rates, and an average of 9 days on
the market make this a very competitive market.
