Academy District 20, founded in 1957, is the largest school district in the Pikes Peak Region. With 39 schools, the district serves approximately 26,000 students. The district houses a preschool program, a summer enrichment program and also supports two Charter Schools: The Classical Academy and New Summit Charter Academy.
